Korie Bennett graduated the Douglas College Stagecraft Program in 1999 and began her career at William F. White Intl. in the expendables department. She quickly conquered the world of gel and tape and moved into rentals, working in the electrics department, camera department and at the rentals desk. Lighting was definitely her favorite; she learnt all of the lights and began working on independent films as a lamp op. and a camera assistant. |

After meeting her husband at WFW she decided to look for a new employment challenge. Korie started at Q1 Production Technologies in the spring of 2005. She spent a lot of time with her clients to make there lighting visions come to life. She worked there until her son Braeden was born. In the spring of 2008 she was off to start a new stint, with Stagefab, Korie always loved drape and project installs and she fit in very quickly but then she heard about the opening at Christie Lites and thought that if she didn\'t inquire she might regret it. Korie knew her love was lighting, and the rest is history. Korie is a very motivated individual who takes pride in what she does. She loves lighting and it shows. She is a great addition to the Christie Lights Sales Team. |
