Giovanni Gonsalves is no stranger to the entertainment world. With experience in performing, music, directing, musical writing, and, of course, lighting, Gio has spent his career finding different ways to bring entertainment to life.

Born in the big ‘02 in the small town of Edison, New Jersey, but raised in the even smaller town of Ft. Lauderdale, Gio eventually made his way to a place nobody has ever heard of for work: Orlando!

Since then, he’s worked throughout the theme park and hotel entertainment industries while continuing to design, perform, and create on the side. His experience on both sides of the stage gives him a unique perspective on the equipment, people, and production that make live entertainment happen.

If he cannot be found at work, he’s probably out enjoying the world, watching a production, missing his dog Onyx, hanging out with friends, dancing, or indulging in music.
